We definitely do not get enough vegetables on a day to day basis. That is why it is essential to add them to any dish or snack as much as possible. For instance, adding shredded carrots, onions, and zucchini to an already prepared spaghetti sauce is an easy way to do so. Another option is to buy an already made veggie tray (preferably organic) and bag up the veggies for your busy work week. Organic is always best due to the pesticides and herbicides sprayed on the veggies that can bog down your immune system making it that much harder to fight off that common cold or allergies.

It is extremely easy to find yourself sitting for as long as 8-10 hours a day and a lot of times even longer. Exercise is essential. Not exercising is the equivalent to smoking three packs of cigarettes a day to your health.
