Many women are under the incorrect assumption that the only medical treatments they can and should receive during pregnancy are through their Ob/Gyn. However, this is not necessarily the case. There are many alternative medicine options that you can utilize throughout your pregnancy in addition to your standard medical care to help alleviate pregnancy symptoms and keep you healthy and happy during this important time in your life.

Make sure you work with a certified yoga instructor and do no perform any exercises that put undue strain or pressure on your abdominal region, and yoga will be nothing but beneficial to your pregnancy.
