At Holten Wellness Center, we offer a variety of physical rehabilitation plans. Our state-of-the art facility offers one-on-one supervised care and a variety of
therapies to provide quick pain relief, balance improvement, endurance, stability and strengthening of weakened muscle groups. We work closely with our patients to develop individualized rehab, tailored to each patient’s needs. We offer our physical rehabilitation in conjunction with our other services and in our on-site state of the art rehabilitation center. Our therapy department provides the following services:

Therapeutic exercises are beneficial to return an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain free state. It focuses on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and balance. We have Medx strength training equipment to assist with the rehabilitation to ensure a speedy recovery. Cold laser therapy uses a low level laser light to interact with the tissue and is thought to help accelerate the healing process. Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment for chronic injuries that uses high-energy pulses to stimulate the body’s natural healing process, increase circulation, break down scar tissue and calcifications, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain when the body has not healed on its own.

We understand that physical rehabilitation is needed in addition to spinal alignment, to strengthen the spine and provide long term spinal health and proper posture.
